Trustee's report.
To the holders of the debentures forming part of
the 5% Fl. 400,000,000 convertible debenture
loan 1985 due 1991/95 to the debit of Algemene
Bank Nederland N.V.
Pursuant to Article 11 (2) of the Trust Deed
executed for this loan on 22 July 1985, the
undersigned hereby reports on its activities
during the year under review:
1The issued debentures have been counter
signed by the trustee and been marked with its
stamp.
2. Certificates for 800,000 Ordinary shares
Algemene Bank Nederland N.V. of Fl. 100.00
nominal value, required for the purpose of
conversion, have been deposited with the
trustee.
3. Debentures to a nominal value of
Fl. 50,948,000- were converted into 101,896
Ordinary shares in the capital of the debtor
during the year under review, so that the balance
of the loan on 31 December 1985 amounted to
Fl. 349,052,000-, while certificates for 698,104
Ordinary shares remained in the custody of the
trustee.
4. No other circumstances arose which called
for comment or action on the part of the trustee.
