in these companies - 25% and 15% respectively
giving it 100% of the shares of Bogamij
Management B.V. and 60% of those of Bogamij
Beheer B.V., the remaining 40% being in the
hands of Bogamij N.V. This will enable us to
improve further our service to institutional and
private investors.
The year was again successful for the placement
of new shares of Amprovest Ltd., and there was
a high level of demand for advice and assistance
from people investing directly in property in
North America; in providing these services, we
work closely with the property department of
our American group company, LaSalle National
Bank, in Chicago.
